Debora Fox-McClary, MD, speaks with us about serving in the US Navy. Dr. Fox-McClary grew up in western Washington state, serving in the US Navy out of high school as a hospital corpsman and later continuing service in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander in the Medical Corps. She attended college in Ellensburg, WA, and medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. She completed residency training in General Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, then went on to complete subspecialty training in Colon and Rectal Surgery in Rochester, MN. Dr. Fox-McClary completed her MBA at Grand Canyon University. Dr. Fox-McClary maintains boarding in both specialties of General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery.
