Lin Sue Cooney and Maribeth Gallagher, DNP, discuss dementia care in Maricopa County, Arizona. Maribeth Gallagher, DNP, is director of Hospice of the Valley’s award-winning dementia program. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctoral degree in nursing. Lin Sue Cooney is Director of Community Engagement for Hospice of the Valley. Lin Sue oversees marketing, fund development, and volunteers. Prior to her work with hospice care, Lin Sue spent 31 years as a newscaster for 12News. She received her MSJ from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
